Once you are a part of the program, we work together toward success. We begin as early as the 4th grade developing the discipline, love of education, and skills needed to succeed at every level.

• 98% of College Bound students complete the required coursework for admission and are accepted into four-year colleges and universities.
• Our students are accepted into Ivy League institutions and other prestigious colleges and universities.
• Our students have received more than $20 million in academic scholarships through College Bound.
• More than 80% of our students obtain their undergraduate degree within 4-6 years, nearly twice the national percentage for African American college students.
• More than 60% of our college graduates pursue advanced degrees.
• College Bound alumni work for Fortune 500 companies including Nike, Microsoft, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and ABC Entertainment.

At College Bound, we require participation from both students and parents. While students take classes involving math, science, reading and writing, parents attend Saturday morning workshops related to academic preparedness, financial aid, and college readiness. We work with our parents to create a "college-going" culture. Parents reinforce the goals in the home by continuously demonstrating their commitment to academic achievement.

Hands On: College Bound students get real life experience in different fields of interest including, designing and building simple machines, creating online magazines, and developing and managing their own stock portfolios.

On Location: College Bound students take classes on college campuses, complete college-level coursework, and learn from college professors - all while still in high school.

Onstage: College Bound students share their knowledge via class presentations, debates, and scholastic competitions.
