How to Register for Summer Math Enrichment

Step 1: Complete registration form.

• Click HERE to download the registration form. Complete one form per student.
• Click HERE to download the course descriptions for the Pomona Campus or HERE to download the course descriptions for the Cerritos Campus.
• Fax completed forms to the College Bound office at 562.407.2131

Step 2: Submit payment or make payment arrangements.

• Credit card: Provide credit card information on the second page of the form
• Other methods of payment: Please call the College Bound office at 562.407.2127

Step 3: Upon receipt of the above, College Bound will contact the parents of the student as soon as possible to provide additional information.
